Work In Progress

Today was work and sleep for me. Got up at 5 to do the mornings shift at work. Got home and knocked out to bed. Now im awake and trying to get motivation to do my assignments. Well there are heaps that has happened . I had Hari Raya with my Sister and also My Foster Family. They have done so much for me ,treated me like im a part of their family. Nothing less i feel like im home.:) This are them.

I have been trying to get my schedule up and running for my themed restaurant as you can see. I have got a few websites that were very2 helpful at the moment ill post some of the items that will be used in Jasmine. 'Jasmine' the name of my restaurant is influenced by the character in Alladin and also it represent the cuisine ill be serving which is rice.

Exhibition wise. This is what im leading too soon. Ill be graduating in Nov. Instead of having a whole big ceremony in T we have exhibition. Being from the Art and Design course its basically the time when we get to display our work.How it works. We have a opening night where,we are allowed to invite 2 people . On that night ,most of the people from the industry will be attending. This will be the most crutial part because this is when you stand out more then the rest and will eventually give you feedbacks on getting a job. This exhibition will be running for a week to the public. Awards will be given to outstanding work. Judged by lecturers and industry representative.
Personally ,I believe everyone has worked hard for this course. I know everyone wants to receive an award or even be recognize by the industry. Getting an award will be a bonus after all the hard work.But even if I walk out that ceremony without one. Im still going to be here to learn each step i take to persue what i really want. I have no regrets doing this. I will not walk out filling empty or sad. I will be walking out there with full of confidence and still being the same me. The person that i was ,which had the same aim and same dreams to fulfill . As mum said,this is only a stepping stone for me :) There will always be heaps more out there . An award is something great to have but what you have learned and experience cant be given to like a prize:)
