I have two weeks holiday and glad it falls on Raya. Sad that im not going home this time tho. Well i guess its good in a way ,i will be working to gain kaching and also finish up on assignments and getting ready for exhibition. This gives me time to think back on everything i have been doing this past week. Ive been learning soo much on late victorian buildings. Not only i didnt sleep the whole day i had work after the whole day . Umm. This are some of the findings i got about Late Victorian Buildings.

Used many gothic and neo gothic architecture
Function of a building dictates the plan
Uses a lot of natural materials such as
Bricks,wood and stone
General Characteristic
Gothic arches
Ornaments on the roofs
Geometric shapes
Roofs had dominating roof lines
Asymmetrical exterior
Steeply pitched roof
Patterned brickwork
Facades with medieval features


This is a building in Melbourne. Called Old Rialto On Collin Street. Guess what im hoping to witness this next year fingers cross :S Ive been thinking soo much about continuing my studies. I have doubts about it. I know this is what i want in life . My passion is what you see now. I am willing to go ahead and sacrifice a few more years learning and gaining as much knowledge before facing the industry. There are some things that are pulling me back for example. A question was given to me by some people.Why do you want to to I.d?It was a question that i could answer anytime but its hard when during that time people didnt believe in you and thought it was a waste of time where as you can be in the industry already.

This was going to be my answer tho eventho it was hard to get it out because in everyone there are different aim and dreams, If i said something that would have hurt or shatter what they thought it would be disrespectful. Im wanting to move to the place because i think i am still young and wanting to gain as much exposure and knwoledge in the world, i am given the opportunity by Allah and also my surroundings to do so. I am not ready to face the industry coz i am not filled with what i think i should know. I think i could make full use of everything i gain and do better in life. This is something i want and i think if im over prepared it would be better then being half prepared. I believe everyone has different attention and aim in life .Why do we have to put each other down and not support what we have passion for.I believe if that someone wants to be anything in this world they should be it . At least that someone is not wasting their lifes being nothing!

After saying this outloud ,i am going to go with what I want.If god is willing i will on that very day. I may struggle and I may be bad at it but hey thats what i want to do ,I shall try my luck. Enought of that back to I.D. Went to W today and got some gorgeous fabrics! Its for my Arabian Night Restaurant.I had to make sure its heavy upholstery and fire retardant . Which means i could not just get it for the sake of its look. It had to have the props as well. This are the 4 i have selected and should be more coming next :)




Raya is coming and i will be receiving my Raya stuff in the mail this Sunday! Exciting i know. Im invited my a second family as i you call it My family angkat to celebrate with them this year. I was honoured that i get the chance to eat all the nyummy food and being surrounded by people that are like my own family. My sister and I will be over to help do ketupat and kuih. My sister is the only person i have to share this very moment . My family means the world to me . After knowing that if i am an animal what would i be? Im a wolf and the reason is stated that i am very family orientated and i stick up for my close friends and family. Its hard to believe that everything is said on that quiz was true.Its hard living away just the two of us and we have our priorities in life. It might not be the same but All we know is that we have each others back if anything happens.
