Found out that i didnt win the bathroom competition held by ## . I got the theme asian picked out from a hat alright,thought it was lucky enough till my luck ran out during the judging. The bathroom designed and decorated was inspired by asian batik as really traditional aight. Just coz i was in depth with the whole how we made batik and stuff. My bath had also a 'well' its like a perigi sort off thing . I mean thats how traditional i went. My opponents were all going for japanese and zen look.
Imagine i was the only one who did something out of the box but i really stick to what i wanted. Then the judging came in at 3p.m . placed my boards up on and eisle there it goes my opportunity . Something i can hand in for my portfolio in Uni next year.
Found the results that next few days was nervous and got to know i didnt win. I dont even know why and what they were looking for. My opinion was all the winners from each theme had made their bathroom very modern and not into depth with what their theme was given .
I have to say some of them that won really deserved it congrats to them :) im still at a learning point as mum said. Not all clients will want the same thing so i assume its something i have to learn from.
I was a bit upset:( but guess what i was very very pleased with the effort i have put in and the thought of it all to come up with something out of the ordinary was great. Winning it will be even better but i know that you cant get everything you want in life. As long as u keep doing it and not giving up im very sure I will get there. There are always other things in life that will come and im hoping it will turn out to be anything great. Ive posted up some of the concepts i did and the actual board i displayed . Ur thoughts are most needed. Thank you :) oxox
